Register for Children's Garden Programs - (Children ages 4-8) Enter each child's name and mark each program attending. Enter your child's name once and check the boxes for each program they will attend. It will allow you to choose all 5 programs (boxes) if you wish. Then go to #2 and if you have another child attending you can enter their name and choices there. You can enter as many as "4" different children per form.
